Was pretty shocked to receive a bill 10X my normal amount. While my normal monthly bill is $65, this month it is $580! On checking the bill, I realised it is due to international calling. My issue is
1. I did not reveive a single alert
2. I really CANNOT afford to pay this amount!
Extremely disappointed that this happened. Can someone please get in touch with me and help me through this? I am extremely distressed.

Fido never sends alerts in regards to our longdistance usage, since you did make the calls then the charges would be valid.
