Freeze Number

Hi, I am outside the country my number was freezed till august. Yesterday my bill was generated for $72. I want to further increase my freeze date till February 2021. 

I also PM @@fidosolutions but they told me post a topic. 
So, please help me.

Unfortunately, you can also request a temporary suspension once every 12 months, since you already did once and the time has expired you will not be able to suspend the line again. 

 

You can consider changing the plan to one that is lower but if your current plan is not offered anymore you will not be able to change it back.

I was informed that Fido no longer restrict the temporary suspension to once in a 12 months period.

 

The suspension period offered is still from 2 to 12 months, and the suspension takes effect at the the last day of your current billing cycle.

 

Just contact customer service and they can apply the suspension again for you.

 

You can reach out to them even from outside of the country through any of the available methods listed here.
