It has been such a frustrating day with Fido. I appreciate that the rep has limited options, however, in extreme and rare circumstances as mine is, to be told that there is absolutely nothing more to be done is like being told f you just give us your money. Then to call back to follow up by asking a question and not being listened too and constantly interrupted is a further blow to the original f you. What happened to humanity and empathy?
