Reactivate Temporary Suspension

Hi,
I started a suspension few days ago, but for some reasons right now I want to activate my account so I can use it. The thing is that I am not in Canada now and I cannot call the customer service.
I also tried to contact the messenger Rep. while it also took a long time for them to reply and they even did not answer any of my question.
So I was wondering if there is any way for me to end the suspension asap.
Do you have a link on the website that I can click in and end the suspension by myself.
Is there anyone can help?

Hey josie94!

In this case, only the account holder can remove the suspension through customer service. 

Were you able to get your line reactivated with a rep through Messenger?
