I have been used Fido for more than 15 years with good bill payment and I left fido last year. Today I contacted Fido a CS, and asked him if there is any winback plan for me. He told me that he doesn't have access to that.
How can I get contact with winback department? I can add a 2nd line with new phone sign up too.
Plus, I'm still a Fido Internet customer. I want to put all my bill in one company, either Fido or some others.

I have tried online chat with Fido CS from your link yesterday. Like I mentioned, he told me no any royalty or special offer other than normal plan. If you can assist me via community PM. That would be nice.
