Question about incompatible addons with a legacy plan using the IVR to switch plans

Hi, I'm thinkin of switching from the legacy

 

$100 / year fido plan with a $20 data add on (no longer available)

 

to the $150/6 month plan.

 

If I use the automated voice prompt to switch will the $20 data addon automatically be removed since it's incompatible with the plan or will I need to remove the addon before switching?

Hi @Vortex-5 , that's an excellent question that @fidosolutions probably know the answer to. I don't know the answer and hope others may chime in.
