I bought a pixel 4a with $200 credit promotion three months ago. Every time that i ask for my credit they keep telling me: next cycle bill. Are all promotions and contest from Fido fake?

Same thing happened to me. I called customer service a month ago and they told me the offer was expired when I made the purchase (April 13th). I know this isn't true because it was on the fido site that day and I also called customer service to confirm the offer. Really disappointing experience and I feel cheated by Fido

The credit should be applied either on your second or third billing cycle if 3 billing cycle has passed and you did not get the credit I would suggest you contact customer service and they can look at what's happening on your account.
