I was offered an phone upgrade for iPhone 11 for $25.82/month. It was a good deal, so I decided to upgrade my phone and changed my plan at the same time. That was August 26, 2020. After I changed my plan and ordered a new phone, I noticed that my voicemail was not working, up until now. My plan have voicemail. How come it’s not working.
I haven’t receive the phone and when I checked my bill, the promotion was not applied. I have to pay more than $43 for the phone. What happen to the promotional price of $25.82/ month. What’s going on? Where’s the phone? Please let me know. Thank you
