I am trying to change plans to a current promo
The plan does not show up in the self-serve plan menu. Clicking through the promotion on the website does not allow me to access it either.
Looking through older topic this seems other users have reported not being able to access promotion plans from the self-serve plan menu too.
Is this an ongoing website issue or is this intentional to so that users have to pay the $25 transaction fee?
Does anyone know if it is possible to access a promotional plan through the self-serve menu?

Unfortunately not... The Fido website is just not set up in way to allow current customers to access promotions.

Welcome to the Community!
You should be able to switch to this plan online on your own if you are logged on as the account Account Holder, yes.
If you're have any trouble don't hesitate to contact us
Note that there shouldn't be any $25 transaction fee if you switch to a "Bring Your Own Phone" plan like this one even if it is not done online.
