Has your service been suspended for non-payment or are you having technical difficulties with your device?
If your service was suspended for non-payment, we would need to receive a payment for the full past due balance in order to restore your service. Your service would be restored immediately after your payment is posted to your account.

Don't forget that some methods of payment can have delays before the payment is received on our end, such as, payment by online banking.
