I need to recover my fido bills from June 2017 to June 2018, but the system wont allow me to print anything older than July 2019.
I called customer service and I was told it was possible after paying a $15.00 CAD fee for each billl sent to me. That is not cool after being a regular customer for more than 7 years. Thank you for your orientation.

I can confirm that the maximum we keep records online is 18 months and are archived after that. The $15 fee is also correct and is charged per invoice (you can check-out our fees here).
