Price plan change - BYOP or Data, Talk & Text?

Hello,

I'm currently on the $60 plan, and want to change to the $45 plan. My device balance is at $0.00 now. I selected the price plan change option, and there are the Bring Your Own Phone and Data, Talk & Text option. Since my device balance is at $0.00 now, should I be selecting the BYOP option?

If your agreement has come to an end, you can definitely select a "Bring Your Own Device" plan. That said, if you have any questions or concerns regarding the plan, or how to make the change feel free to reach out to us through these channels.
