Price match for existing customers

Hi! Today, one of my friend told me today that he got 50gb data with $45 monthly plan (BYOP ) as black friday deal. I am with fido from so many years, but I am paying more money with less data. I have two active lines with fido. Few weeks ago, I received email from fido for the price match with other providers, they asked me to call fido customer care. Tried to call Fido customer care, long wait time, nobody picked up & same with chat, no success. Is there anyway by which we can do the price match. Please advise. Thank you.
