I order a second phone line with a new phone two days ago and haven't even receive the phone yet. But i notice there is a $60 extra bill credit promotion today. I spoke with someone on chat and they told me i should return and sign up again.
Is it possible to get credit adjusted instead of wasting time and money shipping the phone back and re ordering again to get the credit?

Unfortunately in order to take advantage of any new promotion you would have to cancel your first order and reorder under the new promotion.
