Fido agents has been giving me the run around. I had 2 lines that were on special promos 52-20 = $34 per line. My promotion was ending in March of 2024. I contacted the agent and was planning to switch to another plan. But the specialist confirmed that my current promo will not expire March 2024. Lo and behold, my bill goes up $50 dollars right after. Why are the agents telling me different information? And magically the supports don't have a chat log of this agent so they aren't able to verify any of this information. Well here it is. So you can see here I confirmed what my current plan was and when the promotion was ending. The answer I got back was that it won't end.

That said, from the interaction you provided, it appears as though there may have been a misunderstanding. As stated by the customer representative, the plans won't expire. However, they apparently might not have realised you were referring to the promotional credit you were receiving. While the plans, themselves would not have an expiry, the promotion you were receiving would have the expiry date.

These specialist are actually insane. Not owing to the mess up they did, but also try to pass off a normal offer that ends 4/9/2024 that everyone can get and saying I got a good deal on it as the compensation. There's no resolution to any of this just passing the torches around each other.
