Prepaid transaction history

I am a prepaid customer, so I don't seem to get any bills (statements). I want to see how my balance has changed over the last several months, and what entries have caused the changes. I can see some transactions under "My Account", but they are all data transactions of zero value which seem to be generated frequently by my phone. Can you help me look farther back so I can see some substantial transactions over the last (say) 4 months?

@lgormely If i'm not mistaken you can only see the last 60days for prepaid accounts.

The page I am looking at says "last 60 calls and transactions", not last 60 days.  60 days would be quite satisfactory.

Any how, I cannot see what my balance was a couple of months ago, before I changed my setup, and that is what I am trying to determine.

Hey @Igormely Welcome to the Community!

With a prepaid line we have access to the last 60 transactions done.

If you are subscribed to auto refill on your credit card, you will be able to see the refills done on your credit card statement though
