Prepaid to postpaid

Hi, I wanted to know how I could switch from a prepaid plan to a postpaid plan. Do I need to go to a store or can I do this remotely.

You can definitely switch remotely. We'd first need to do a credit evaluation, and if you pass we'd complete the transfer. This can be done through customer service, or if you prefer I can send you a PM.
