Prepaid data add on 3g only?

Hi

I am currently on a pre-paid add on of $10/100mb

but i cant seem to connect at all

it shows 3G only but before (last year?) 4G was available and I had no issues.

I usually turn it off and only turn it on when I have need to send a whatsapp or quick google with no wifi

i am on iphone 7

Sorry to learn you're having difficulties with you data. Did you have the chance to contact out prepaid department about this? If not, it would be best to reach out to them directly.

 

It's not possible for us to see your plan features this way, without accessing your account.

 

It's good to know that the $100 annual plan is a basic plan, and its speed is limited to 3G.
