Hello,
I had the Canadian SMS $10/unlimited and used the self serve menu at 611 to change to the domestic $5/250 add-on.
In order to make the change, i had to top up my account.
When the charges were put through it changed me the $10 AND the $5.
Will this issue resolve on its own? I need the $10 put back to cover my monthly plan.
