Prepaid Refilling

Hi there, It seems rather a silly question,but it is natural for a newbie! I have a prepaid account on Fido.I purchased it for the first time with $100 voucher. Now the due time is a few days ahead(one year passed). If I refill my account prior to due date,the previously remained balance will be automatically transferred or cancelled? Thanks in advance for replying me back.

Sorry for the delay in responding to your post.

I wish to confirm that your balance will be carried over if you refill your account before the expiry date. You would only lose the balance if you do not refill by the expiry date.
