Hi there @vishwasamadhi , once you order an add on in your plan, you'll get confirmation about your plan change. Check your account online or in the app to confirm it's there and then make use of the calling. I say check it to make sure you don't prematurely make your calls before it's activated. It is pretty quick to be added.
