Porting my existing number to a new unlocked phone

Hi Fido,

I just got a new unlocked phone and also bought a new Fido SIM card. How do I move my existing Fido Prepaid phone number to this new phone? Please advise.

You did say that you got a new SIM, so if you need/want to use it, head over to your account page, select your line (if you have more than one), then click the Update SIM Card link.

Your old SIM can then be put in the trash - it is not possible to reuse it at that point.

Hey there!

If your current sim card is the same size as your new phone, you can just swap it in. Service should be working right away!
