I recently switched to Fido,
I ported my number over yesterday. However, I was made aware afterward If I switch to your promotional plan that was $85/month from $60/month, I could select some phones for a 2year contract at $0. Since this, myself and the sales agent have been trying to contact FIDO to explain this issues. Is there any way I can cancel my port online? I feel I will miss out on the promotion only because FIDO is not able to take my calls, live chats etc.
