I have been trying to get through 2 customer service for 2 days now and yesterday i got lucky enough to be on hold once for 2 and a half hours just to get hung up on and again on hold for an hour and a half and i got hung up on again. Im so beyong pissed off with this level of service and the lies im filing a report with the crtc
You not alone from last 3 days the same thing I am going through as well, if a company claim to be such a topnotch, then shame on this company, I am porting out to different carrier first thing after calling the day off today.
Sorry for the delay. While we did have extra staff in place for a promotion, we still experienced a higher than expected volume of enquires and we weren’t able to respond to everyone as fast as we usually do.
