I have been a Fido's customer for over 20 years and I never got worse customer service in my life. This is my last attempt to get my issue resolved before I just move to another company. The customer loyalty department was very unhelpful and did not know the products and/or prices that Fido offers either and they left me waiting 2 hours for a service they couldn't provide. Not sure what is hapening to Fido.
