Hi, I am writing this message to inform you that the service from the winback department was not satisfactory. I received a BYOD offer from the winback agent which I declined because the offer was limited to 2 years. I then followed up and started to mention that the only way that I would come back was if I could get a good deal on a phone. However, the person did not wait for me to finish my sentence. They simply said "I understand" and hung up on me as I was talking.
What kind of customer service is this? I suggest letting the customers speak as this is a common courtesy.
