Why doesn't Brightstar get back to me even after 2 business days ?

Did they give you an ETA of 48 hours? Normally, they have their own procedure on how they proceed with a request.
Did you submit all the required documents and have received your claim ID?
If that is the case, I would suggest you wait for their answer.
