Pixel 7 grey out notification button

Out of the blue the "TD My Spend" app notification button is greyed out and there is a message that this app does not send out notifications.  This same app works on my husband's Pixel 7 as well as my tablet.  I have checked all the permissions, and uninstalled/installed with no luck.  Any solutions?

 Same here on my pixel 8 pro. I was wondering why I wasnt getting any notifications. I used to get them on my pixel 7 pro. I'm guessing TD screwed up the app or the pixels are messed up now after a software update.

Hello @smyk,

I'm a Pixel 7 user also but I do not use TD, if you press and hold the TD app then on the little popup select app info in there you should see notifications, check and see if anything is disabled.

You might want to also check if do not disturb is on, flip to shh, or battery saver.
