I spoke to a customer representative on the phone earlier and they informed me that changing my phone number online would be free of charge (instead of doing it by phone and having to pay 35$.) So, I recently changed my phone number online, i can see on my account online that it is changed and i received text messages with my new info and number. But i cannot send or receive phone calls or text messages, i can't even call Fido's customer service to fix ! I've also restarted my phone many times. Thank you !
