Phone upgrade not working

I wanted to upgrade my device with boxing week deals. 

I followed the instruction step by step, now the page gets stuck at the point when I have to click "Continue to Add-ons" ------ at that point page keeps thinking the envelope keeps opening and closing. It is frustrating as I might will not be able to place the order in time and loose the deal. I am now planning to move to Freedom.
