just called support about my unexpected bill , waiting time on phone is 30 minutes . Who has 30 minutes to hang on the phone waiting to get answer these days ? 

Internet chat has been waiting for a representative for 15 minutes now. 

 

Is this support or saying to customers that you signed up , not our probelm anymore.
