Terrible customer service, I have a phone in for repair trying to talk with someone about it being fixed is a nightmare. I have been past from department to department, cut off multiple times. My level of frustration is at breaking point. Does noone care. This was about a fone being fix and now has turned into me feeling trapped with a service provider that does not care. Why do I pay for this. If I could cancel all my services without penalty I would. I just want someone to help resolve my issue and help get my phone fixed. Even when asking for a manager you are left on hold forever.
