I would like to change my contact email on fido.ca but it seems like that field is locked out how would one update their email address?

The e-mail address can be changed via the "profile & settings" tab on Fido.ca.
Do you normally log in with your e-mail, or with your phone number as the username?
Also, are you able to view your bills? It seems like you may have subscriber access and not account holder access, which would explain not being able to change the e-mail.
