Having a problem with data bytes getting an error message when "No connection"! While in deed Iam connected

Hi @Barh5250!

In order to benefit from Data Bytes, you need to have a Pulse plan as well as the latest Fido My Account app.

At what stage do you get the error message? Can you also make sure you are using data instead of wifi?
