Hi, I just got my new ordered phone upgrade delivered to me. I was wondering if we had some sort of early window where we could cancel the upgrade without penalty. This is just for my knowledge.

When you order a phone, it comes with a 15-day satisfaction warranty so you can return or exchange it within that period. If you decide to do that, you just need to contact us to get a return label emailed to you.
