Hi everyone,
I am curious as to what limitations there are legally if I wanted to obtain my own phone records to prove something to the immigration of canada?
Is this even possible or is this only acceptable when it concerns criminal activity involving police etc...
Unaware of the privacy laws around this so I thought I'd ask.
Regards

Hey KDI!
Sorry this post was missed!
You can reach out to us on Facebook or Twitter to request a copy of your invoice with the detailed call log, however, due to privacy laws in Canada we are not able to display the originating phone number associated with incoming calls.
This copy can only be sent to you via Canada Post and is subject to applicable invoice reprint fees.
Hope this helps!
