Hello.
I ordered a phone, Samsung A32, on September 9th and was told it would take 2-5 business days delivery. I literally only bought this because I need to film an audition to get into a diploma program and the deadline is September 30th. On the 16th I received an email basically saying we have no ETA whatsoever and that customer service would have no additional information to provide.
Is there any way I can find out more about this? Or even pay $ to put a rush on this? I've always loved Fido and been with the company 11 years or something now, but this is ridiculous and I'm running out of time.
Likewise, if it arrives after the deadline, the entire purpose of getting the phone, has passed I am assuming I cannot get a refund correct?
