Hi,

 

On April 22, 2016, I was added to my wife's Fido account.  Fido stopped sending her the bill by email as usual.  I didn't receive any bills as well.  Somehow, I started receiving the Fido emails.  I just received the first bill by email, and we see a late charge for a bill that we never received.  We don't think this is fair.  Can we get some assistance on this?
