Fido is not sending the invoice to my email address

can someone get in touch with me regarding my last few statement?

Either something is wrong with my phone, or i am being charged the wrong plan. I have never had giant amounts for my bills since these last few months. I use wifi automatic turn on, so im not sure what is happening.
