Hello, I just upgraded my package on Monday, I've received the email stating that my monthly bill is more, but nothing about the device or add ons?? I've upgraded to an iPhone 12 mini and earphone package, apparently it's pending??? How long does it take usually, cause now it's Friday?

Mine took around 2 weeks and there were no updates; no tracking number, no shipping confirmation and the customer service reps kept telling me to keep waiting and that they couldn't see any news on their end either. I then had issues with Fedex, which dragged the process on further.

Mine was back ordered. I chose the iPhone 13 256gb midnight. I imagine its the same for you as it is for me.
