Hi there, i was wondering if i could find out if my order for a new phone upgrade went through. I had put in all my details to order a new phone and clicked confirm but an error message popped up saying that it couldn't process because of technical issues. So i went back and tried to order the phone again but i keep getting the message that the upgrade is pending. I'm confused on whether it processed or not?

I have not received an email confirmation on my order. So i'm confused on why it still says upgrade pending when i try to go to the upgrade phone option on my account.
