Pending Phone Upgrade

Hi there, i was wondering if i could find out if my order for a new phone upgrade went through. I had put in all my details to order a new phone and clicked confirm but an error message popped up saying that it couldn't process because of technical issues. So i went back and tried to order the phone again but i keep getting the message that the upgrade is pending. I'm confused on whether it processed or not?

Did you receive an email from us confirming that your order went through?

I have not received an email confirmation on my order. So i'm confused on why it still says upgrade pending when i try to go to the upgrade phone option on my account.

To confirm with you, what's the phone model that you ordered on your end?

Looks like the order got processed today, as i got the email order confirmation in the evening! Thanks @FidoKenny  for trying to help me out!
