Payments and bill cycle

I got my sim activated on 20 March 2021, my plan is at 45$/ month. 

So when do i have to pay the bill ? On 31 march or the bill cycle will count from 20th of every month..

Also do new sim for 1st time users are chargeable?

I am confused regarding this.

Hey @vishwa_kaneriya!

Your bill will always come out a few days after the bill cycle date and it bills you for the upcoming month. If you activated on March 20th, your first bill will be out a few days after that, and it'll bill your plan for the upcoming month (cycle). The exact due date will be on the bill itself and it'll always be due about a week before the next cycle starts.

In terms of SIM cards, the SIM card is $10 but it's not billed on new activations as you have the $45 transaction fee instead. If you activated via fido.ca, there are no fees at all as the $45 is waived
