Hi all.
I switched from Chatr to Fido yesterday and paid the bill through the Fido app. Before payment, the balance was $0. After payment, the balance became -30$. Today the balance is -86$. Help me figure out why? Is there anything else I need to do? Or pay again in a month?

There is nothing else you can do the -$86 just means you have a credit on the account and it will be applied to your next invoice. On top of the $30 payment, you made it looks like you also got a credit you will get the details of that credit once you receive your invoice.
