Hello, I am just informing Fido of a payment for $175 was made today on my account and I will be making another payment on Friday December 8th for $100.  Thank you

Thank you for your payment. However, moving forward, you can report a payment by dialing 611 from your Fido phone and selecting option 1, followed by option 2. 

 

You can also connect with the Credit Operations Department via our chat service here.

You can confirm a payment directly through the IVR by calling 611 from your phone or by getting in touch with the Credit Operations team.
