Payment charge for call that I didn’t made

I receive a text message advising of bill payment of over 77 dollars USA

I find my bill payment to be very excessive why is that?

Also why am I not able to call Jamaica straight with this number?

You can save/print your invoice details and it will tell you what you are being billed for if there are any discrepancies or you still do not understand you can reach out directly to customer service and they will be happy to look over your invoice with you.

To call Jamaica you need to dial: 011 + 1 + City Code + Local Number if you are still not able to make the call it could be that you have an international call block on the account customer service can verify this for you also.
