Activate sim card

After I insert fido sim card, no signal was found in iphone. My plan is postpaid. I have also tried the method in the forum like

  1. Log in to My Account.
  2. Click on View Usage and Manage next to the phone number in question.
  3. Select Update SIM Card under QUICK ACTIONS at the bottom of the page.

But I can't find the QUICK ACTIONS at the bottom of the page. I guess maybe the Fido has updated their UI. 

Can anyone tell me how to find this button or tell me how to activate sim card, please.


Hi there @ckchan538 , sorry you're having difficulty getting your sim card updated. Are you trying from the website or your fido app? In the app, tap more at the bottom left of the screen, tap profile and settings, then tap settings,  then change my sim card.
