Payment after cancellation

I had left Canada permanently in May without deactivating my account. I have just deactivated it but cannot pay the outstanding charges because I don't have a Candian credit card and can no longer log in to my online account. Please advise. I do not want my credit score to be negatively affected.

If you have any family member or friends in Canada you can ask them to pay it for you and you can reimburse them.

 

If not your option might have to be mailing them a cheque or money order, you can get more details about that including the mailing address here.
