Did you get a chance to look at your invoice to see exactly what you are billed for? See here for how to save/print your invoice details and it will tell you exactly what you are billed for. After reviewing the invoice details and if there are any discrepancies then you can contact customer service directly and they will be able to better assist you.

The best way to resolve this is by contacting Fido support Here ,there are a few ways to contact Fido's support, I prefer contacting fidosolutions on Twitter by dm and asking for assistance. We don't have the access to help with anyone's account as we are a community forum of peers. I hope you're able to get the resolution you're looking for.
