New Samsung S20 - charger not provided

If you could PM in regards to my new phone purchase that would be great.

I did not recieve a wall charger with the purchase of my new Samsung S20 phone, just a wire.

Hey @STEBOC02! Philippe here.

It's important to note that CertifiedPre-Owned (CPO) models will only include the cable wire in the box, along wiht the phone.

That being said, don't hesitate to reach out to us on these channels and we'll be happy to look into it

A brand new S20 5G does come with a charger but the CPO ones do not include a charger just the cable.

I also jsut got my Samsung S20 5G and I only have the wire charger, not the wall charger! What is this?????
